前天我姐約了我去trial yoga class,跳了後感覺不錯
所以就簽了6個月的配套,分3期給總共RM528.00 (Unlimited)
因為它是Unlimited的所以如果有時間/勤勞的話每天去或一天上两三堂課都行
我之前跳的那間yoga class因時間訂死了,選擇的時間也只有星期四的8.00pm和星期六的下午4.30pm
有時放工遲了在加上堵車,無法趕去上課時,她又沒時間可"補"給我
所以囉!我就選擇"跳槽"到另一間Yoga Centre,而且在這間學~不會綁死了我的時間嘛
除了星期五外,它們每天都有class,我可以自由的選擇那天去那天不去
除此之外,這間Yoga Centre提供了7種Type給你選擇,看你比較喜歡那一種
當然啦!你要選擇跳完7種也可以,隨你喜歡
前天(1堂)加上昨天(2堂)我已跳了三種,這三種yoga還不錯跳啦!不會很辛苦,但卻流蠻多汗的
雖然今早起床時全身酸痛,但這是正常的啦!跳久了就好囉!而且運動量突然倍增耶!沒酸痛才怪
這三種中我最感興趣的是跳yoga dance很好玩也很enjoy,但就是身體手腳配合不到,
跳到手忙腳亂,非常好笑~尤其是"肚皮舞"的那個部分,整個肚皮都不受我的控制
感覺還蠻難的,要从上"滾"到下然後又从下"滾"到上,哎唷!要慢慢練習才行
現在整個"腰身"都酸酸痛痛滴!我會"熬"過去的.加油!加油!加油!
